The purpose of this study is to find out how an athlete's life affects his or her identity as a student, and how this formed identity changes as a leader. According to the study, violence exerted by leaders and seniors within the Ministry of Exercise and discrimination at schools affected the identity of the study participant. As the leader of the high school athletic department, he used the violence he learned, starting the reproduction of the violence. The research participant, who became university athletic director, went through a change of perception due to reflection on his graduate education and discontinued the reproduction of violence by changing his behavior. The study revealed that violence within the athletic department continued in tacit consent and advocacy of schools, leaders, and parents. It was also known that a student athlete who learned violence would reproduce it when he or she later became a leader. To end such violence, professional leader education, especially leader personality education, must be provided, and strong punishment for violence must be made.
